Did not like anything about this hotel, their staff, room, so called their breakfast. Their deluxe hotel room is not as what they shown in picture. So small and suitable only for one person. Even after paying for their breakfast, they given 2 bread toast with butter, hotel told that actual breakfast they are offering from 10 AM...Do you belive any hotel starts breakfast at 10?.....Anyway just finished my sleep on that uncomfortable bed for few hours.

my mother stayed here. staff is good and cooperative. hotel is in shopping mall and quite luxury. breakfast is good.nice place to stay in central ahmedabad. It is near to mmost of the places. good keep it up.

I booked this hotel after seeing reviews and when I reached here it was below average. The room they offered me was very small for 2 people. The surroundings of the hotel very shabby. I told the reception I am not happy and I want to vacate they still charged me one night stay...unfriendly reception

if you are on business trip and you just need a place to crash for the night, and you don;t want to spend unnecessary big money on hotels, then i think this could an option, i found the price was very good , and i found my stay satisfied.

31 August - 03 September, 2018. We three (The Wife, Junior and Yours Truly), and our parents visited Ahmedabad for a sightseeing trip. We came in to the city in the evening of 31 August, and were able to take three auto-rickshaws to are nearly central location of Paldi in the city, where Hotel Palliate is located on the second floor of the Sharda Shopping Complex. Our parents were tensed up to find the elevator not working: the only access to the place was through a winding set of stairs. We were assigned rooms on the fourth floor together, but the manager was kind enough to give us first, a free room on each of the floors (second, third and fourth), and then on The Wife's insistence about senior citizens being in the party, a kind guest agreed to exchange his room with ours. Finally, we ended up with three rooms, 205 and later, 203 (the room exchanged) on the second floor, and room 306 on the third (which we occupied). The room itself was neat and clean, and was mid-sized. It had some stylish furnishings, with a card door. The split AC was quite sufficient. There was a small skylight towards the road-side. (Yes, room 306 was road-facing, and there was a bit of noise from the road. We also had some noisy children as neighbours!) The room had a mirror and dressing area, a wall-mounted TV set, a small sofa, an office chair and desk area, a small glass table, a small shelf with a kettle, two glasses, two cups and a spoon, and the works for preparing hot beverages: tea, coffee and sugar sachets. An almirah with hangers in the wall helped. The bathroom was impressively neat and clean, with nice fittings, and a soothing colour scheme. The hotel has no restaurant (they get breakfast organised in a small dining area). The staff is kind enough to organise meals from nearby outside restaurants, which was a big boon the evening we landed up here, with our respective parents tensed up on seeing the steep and narrow staircase leading up to the hotel. Come September: the elevator was repaired the next day, 01 September, 2018! That was prompt and nice, and a big boon to our party. We had booked this place on Expedia, and we had booked breakfast to be part of the deal. The breakfast on 01 September for instance, had poha, paranthas, curd, a mango drink, tea and milk, corn flakes, and dhokla. It was otherwise relatively sufficient, though on this day, we had reached towards the end of the service in the designated breakfast zone of 07:30 am - 09:30 am. The Wife also got a sandwich and omelette for her request. That was nice. On the next day 02 September 2018, the breakfast was the same, sans the dhokla, but with coffee sachets. There were some minor changes the next day as well, but it was a nice experience, overall.
